    Deepak is a highly experienced and successful Management leader with 23+ years of experience in General Management, Business Development & Engineering. In his previous roles, he has worked on developing & executing strategy, Budgeting. He has built BD & sales teams and travelled extensively. Deepak has also set up key departments and delivery organization & has experience in Global Distributed Delivery Model and worked with global clients/partners. He has experience in Multi-cultural and International teams, also worked in different countries like USA, France, Germany, UK & Singapore.

    Deepak is an Engineering graduate from Bangalore University and MBA from IIMB and TBS. He has worked in organizations like HCL, Honeywell, AUSY & Altran.

    Deepak is passionate Engineer, passionate Farmer with Entrepreneurial mindset. The combination of his experience, culture and drive makes him an ideal fit for our company SiliVal for the next stages of growth.

Kalaveer M
COO

    Kalaveer is a successful Leader with more that 18 years of experience into Automotive and Aero industry, with Program/Portfolio Management, Business Development, Subsidiary Management and Operations experience. He has worked with French and US clients, Have worked in France for Aero OEM and Service company. Has transformed several teams from traditional delivery model to Agile model in Product Based organization. Played key role in building subsidiary and building several large project teams for French Service company. He has experience in Multi-cultural and International teams.

    Kalaveer is an Engineering graduate from VTU and Certified PMP and Agile practitioner. Earlier to this, he has worked in organizations like HCL, THALES, AUSY & Delphi.

    Kalaveer is passionate technology enthusiast with huge interest in Sports, Music, Art and Cosmology.
